Required File Format: .flv (Flash Movie).

There is affordable conversion software available online to convert .avi, .mpg, .wmv and other fomats to .flv. One example is from Allok Soft: http://www.alloksoft.com/ 

Recommended Video Size: Video should be recorded (or saved) at 640 x 480 pixels. This is the maximum size that will fit into a page. Smaller videos can be loaded into the library, but they can not be enlarged once placed into a page.

Recommended file Size: Do not exceed 10 megs.

Note: Assets are placed into pages in the builder at 100% of the size that they are loaded into the library. You can always reduce the size of an asset in the page layout, but you can never enlarge it.

User Tip: Keep files small. The larger the file size, the more  time requried to upload and access the asset.
