Any common file type that can be delivered over the internet can be loaded into the Asset Library. If the file is not a .jpg, .gif, .swf or .flv, it will be loaded into the library as an "other file type". Other file types are inserted into pages as links and pop open a new browser window for veiwing when clicked on by the end user. 

Required File Format: .Any common file type that can be delivered over the internet (Word, Excel, pdf, etc.)

Recommended Size: Any size can be loaded into the library because "other files" are added into pages as attachements and open a new brower window for viewing when clicked on.

Recommended file Size: Do not exceed 10 megs.

User Tip: Keep files small. The larger the file size, the more  time requried to upload and access the asset.
