No-Peek Chicken
Super easy and super good.
- 1 cup Rice (not instant rice)
- 1 can Cream of celery soup
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Water
- 1 pkg. Dry onion soup
- Chicken pieces (boneless chicken breasts)
Instructions:
In a 9 x 13 pan, lay rice across bottom. Mix canned soups and water in a bowl and pour over rice. Lay chicken on top of rice/soup mixture. Spoon a little soup over chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup over chicken. Cover with foil tightly. Bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours. DO NOT PEEK!
