Crock Pot Beef Burgundy
Quick, easy and good enough for company!
- 2 -2 1/2 lbs. Chuck roast
- 1 can Golden mushroom soup
- 1 can Creamy onion soup
- 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Burgundy wine
Instructions:
Trim fat off meat and cut into cubes. Combine all ingredients. Cook 3 - 4 hours on high or 6 - 8 hours on low. Serve over egg noodles.
